Penal Execution and Security Services Program

About the Program

In line with the protocol signed between the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses of the Ministry of Justice and our University, following the start of education with the Justice program in our High School in 2010, the Penitentiary and Security Services program was opened in 2017 for the employees of the penitentiary institution to increase their knowledge and skills and renew themselves.

Purpose of the Program

The purpose of the Penal Execution and Security Services Program is to train professional staff working in penitentiary institutions and juvenile education houses (juvenile correctional facility) and probation directorates.

Graduation Requirements

Students studying in this program must have a GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 in order to graduate, and they must be successful by getting at least 2.00 in all the courses prescribed in the curriculum. The minimum ECTS to be earned for graduation is 120. Students are also required to complete their compulsory internship within the specified time and feature.

Employment Area of ​​Graduates

Those who have completed the Penal Execution and Security Services Program receive an associate degree in the field of execution and security services and the title of "professional staff" and are employed in penitentiary institutions and probation directorates.
